Santa Ana has a reputation for fantastic coffees, with many competition coffees hailing from this region, which is partly why it has one of the world's largest coffee mills and is also the largest coffee producing region in El Salvador. 

Peaberry refers to the size/grade of the coffee. Peaberries are a result of only one seed forming inside the fruit. It is believed by many that peaberries showcase a greater intensity of flavor than its counterparts, but we will leave that up to you to decide.
